The Bonsai Cow is a one-of-a-kind restaurant, serving the freshest, most tender beef available. A truly unique dining experience. Upon entering the restaurant, the first thing you notice is the large indoor pasture. There, our specially-bred miniature cows contentedly graze and frolic for your amusement. The cows, "bonsai" versions of such breeds as Holstein and Jersey, average 14" tall at the shoulder and weigh about 18 pounds. | |
| When the server comes to your table, you choose the cow you'd like from the pasture. A wrangler takes your cow to the kitchen where Master Chef/Butcher Mark Busiek expertly dresses and prepares it for your party (A single cow will easily feed a party of four, with plenty of leftovers).
As a bonus, each dinner includes a discount on the purchase of any cowhide item from the gift shop. You've never experienced anything like the Bonsai Cow. Come in today! |
